Jennise Conley has an undergraduate degree in social science education, a master’s degree in educational psychology, and is currently working on her PhD in psychology with an emphasis on cognition and instruction. As the founder of the Energy and Sciences Education Initiative (ESEI), her focus is on promoting brained-based learning practices to create and reinvent education programs both at home and at school.

A neuro-educational specialist, she has written many learning books including Science Guru Sudoku and A Fish, a Frog, and a Gnome, believing an innovative mind is only as limitless and creative as the lifetime of influences it endures and attends. Her most recent picture book, I Think There’s a Monster Under My Bed! was created to encourage parents and children to learn, laugh, play, and enjoy their time together. The author lives with her husband in Arizona.
